Group Training, or personal training for 3-4 individuals is best suited for friends or family members that are seasoned exercise warriors of equal abilities that share in a new and fun exercise venture and desire a change of pace. The emphasis with group training is fun with exercise. Recommendation for good results is 2X/week(8 sessions/mo.) but for optimal results 3X/week(12 sessions/mo.) is best. Physiological changes will occur in 5-6 weeks depending upon body type, best nutrition, frequency of sessions, and sex(male or female). Commitment is crucial such that there are no refunds for missing individuals within the group. So bring a few friends together and see how fun group exercise can be and enjoy the camaraderie twice or thrice per week.
